Nominees for the Alianza Award should demonstrate a sustained and continuous impact within the Latino community. Eligible nominees include associations, association management companies, nonprofit organizations, or vendors. Vendors must actively work with and support associations or nonprofit organizations. The nomination must be endorsed by the organization’s Executive Director or CEO.

All awards require self-nomination. To participate, applicants must complete the nomination form for the desired award and ensure all required letters of support are submitted simultaneously.

Applications must be submitted through the online form, and all supporting materials are due by June 1, 2026.

Late submissions will not be considered.

• Short-Answer prompts of up to 250 words offering evidence of the following:

  • Strengthened diversity and fostered inclusion in member or volunteer programs and activities.

  • Fostered a culture that promotes collaboration with the Latino community.

  • Empowers leaders to effectively manage and sustain diversity initiatives.

• Executive Director/CEO Support: A brief statement from the Executive Director or CEO, uploaded by the applicant, acknowledging and endorsing the organization’s nomination for the Alianza Award.

• Optional: Educational or marketing materials that further support any of the criteria above.

• Two endorsement letters of up to 500 words using the Alianza Award Endorser Letter template uploaded by the applicant. 

• Acknowledgement of AI Tools.
