Association Latinos is looking for engaging, impactful speakers for Conexiones 2026—our annual leadership development experience.

We’re seeking speakers who can deliver practical insights, real-world strategies, and interactive sessions that empower leaders to expand their influence and impact.

This year’s event is a cohort-based experience, where speakers will lead a 1-hour session delivered three times to different participant groups—creating space for deeper connection and learning.

Priority session topics include:

• Identity as Strategy: Turning Cultura into Executive Presence

• Building the Association Latino Leadership Pipeline

• Sustainable Leadership: Resilience Without Burnout

• Sponsorship > Mentorship
