Preparing for the CAE credential is like getting a Master’s Degree in Association Management. The study is intense and it changes your professional life.

With 30 years of preparing CAE candidates, Sue Radwan brings a unique perspective to this session. Not only will she review the basics, she will share the key to how to think for the CAE exam. In her words, “the CAE exam is a “thinking exam” not a “doing exam”. The exam questions test your ability to analyze the scenario, synthesize it with your accumulated knowledge, and evaluate which answer option is correct. It is a “judgment” exam.”

In this session, Radwan will lay out the foundation for the thinking and commitment you need to bring to the experience. She will also share examples of those judgment style questions. Of course, CAEs from our community will also share their perspectives on their CAE preparation and exam experience as well as the why of pursuing the credential.
