Impacto Award

The Impacto Award recognizes an individual who has made meaningful contributions to advancing Latino leadership, increasing representation, and promoting cultural visibility within their workplace, community, or professional organization.

  • Nominees for the Impacto Award should demonstrate a sustained and meaningful impact within the Latino community. Eligible nominees are individuals employed by an association, association management company, nonprofit organization, or vendor.

    * *Vendors must actively work with and support associations or nonprofit organizations. While nominees do not need to identify as Latino, they must demonstrate a clear, ongoing commitment to advancing Latino leadership, culture, and representation.

    All awards require self-nomination. To participate, applicants must complete the nomination form for the desired award and ensure all required letters of support are submitted simultaneously.

  • Applications must be submitted through the online form, and all supporting materials are due by June 1, 2026.

    Late submissions will not be considered.

    • Short-Answer prompts of up to 250 words offering evidence of the following:

      • Made meaningful contributions to increasing diversity and fostering inclusion in member or volunteer programs and activities.

      • Created an environment that encourages meaningful collaboration with the Latino community.

      • Equips leaders to drive meaningful, long-term diversity initiatives with measurable impact.

    • Two endorsement letters of up to 500 words using the Impacto Award Endorser Letter template uploaded by the applicant. 

    • Acknowledgement of AI Tools.
