Association Latinos is seeking bold, dynamic speakers for Conexiones 2026, our annual professional development experience designed to elevate and connect Latino leaders across industries.

This year’s theme—Identity. Influence. Impact. Culture as Power. Community as Strategy. —centers the idea that who we are is not separate from how we lead. At Conexiones, we explore how leaders harness identity as a source of strength, leverage culture as power, and build community as a strategic force for lasting impact.

About the Experience

Conexiones is intentionally designed as a cohort-based learning experience. Selected speakers will deliver a one-hour session three times to different participant cohorts, allowing for deeper engagement, richer discussion, and a more personalized learning environment.
